Put hand over it.: There is no way to make a bruise go away any faster than several days. You could camouflage it by beating yourself around the face and neck making the hickey a small part of a much larger injury, but i would never suggest that. Other than concealing it with clothes or makeup I am afraid you are out of luck. A warm compress could increase blood flow and potentially reduce total dwell time.
