how do you make your penis grow longer after puberty?

1 doctor answer
Dr. George Klauber
Specializes in Pediatric Urology
You can't: Penises stop growing after puberty. Nothing you can take will make it grow larger. Only true enlargement is the temporary enlargement experienced with an erection.
