What to do about ringing in the ears from grinding?

Simple: Stop grinding. Are you stressed out? Do you have a significant sleep disorder? Do you have dental problems other than grinding, such as malocclusion? Do you have TMJ problems (either cause or effect)?

Is it from grinding?: Tinnitus (ringing or buzzing of the ears) has many causes: medication is probably the most common (old md's used to say take Aspirin until you hear ringing). Tmd issues, and neurologic reasons as well. I would speak with an md and rule out other reasons before implicating bruxism (grinding).
