Dyshydrotic eczema: Dyshydrotic eczema is most likely. It causes severe itching, with small blisters around palms and fingers and eventually developing dry peeling eruptions in palm and fingertips. Stress is the most common cause, but may also be other unknown reason. Allergic or irritant contact dermatitis of hands may show the same /similar picture. Thus, material that your hands in contact with is the cause.
