Circd'. no foreskin: Circumcision is a procedure to remove the foreskin. Boys are born with a foreskin, which covers the penile glans (head). The glans remains permanently exposed after a penis has been circumcised..

See below: In a circumcised penis, the foreskin is missing. The head of the penis is exposed. Therefore it is easier to keep clean. In an uncircumcised penis, the foreskin covers the head of the penis. In order to clean it, the foreskin needs to be retracted. If the foreskin is tight, that may be difficult.
