Twitching, facial: Also tingling and numbness and seizure-like episodes in severe disease. These symptoms may suggest hypocalcemia but are not diagnostic. Diagnosis is only done by boos test. Don't treat yourself based on symptoms only without doc supervision since unnecessary calcium intake has its drawbacks too.
