Urogynecologist: By the description it is hard to know what might be going on. If you are having urethral and vulvar pain and the doctor is thinking a nerve problem then a urogynecologist is probably your next step.

Agree with Dr. L: It is unlikely that a PAP smear cause the nerve issue, it may be co-incidental. Talk to your doctor about hormone replacement in case your symptoms are due to vulvar atrophy from lack of estrogen.
