Blow drying hair: Either set your hair dryer on medium heat, or alternate between hot and cold. If the hair dryer is constantly on the "hot" setting, your hair will dry out and lose its silky finish.

Most people: Go for every day, along with a shower. I would not apply oil, depends on what effect u r trying to create. What do you want from your hair?
