Could my copd improve with exercise?

Yes: Many studies claim that exercise helps people with copd. There is a special type of rehab known as pulmonary rehab that is very helpful. I try to convince all my patients to participate in it. If possible, discuss this with your doctor on your next visit.

Depends...: COPD is not curable but some patients do have decreased symptoms with regular exercising. Initiation of exercise needs to be done with close monitoring in a COPD patient so see your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program. Pulmonary rehab programs allow COPD patients to exercise with this monitoring in place!

Yes.: Aerobic exercise will help your body handle the oxygen it's able to get more efficiently, which will help some of the symptoms that would otherwise be related to the reduction of oxygen in your blood.
