When in pill pack: If you are on the birth control pill have have been taking it daily then pregnancy was not likely. Having a negative pregnancy test should reassure you that you are not pregnant. If the bleeding occurred at the end of the pack or in the first few days of the new pack then this bleeding was likely your period. If it occurred at another point then it is likely breakthrough bleeding.
