Pancreatitis : Hypothyroidism can cause high triglycerides. High triglycerides usually above 800 can cause pancreatitis. Elevated triglycerides can also be cause by pancreatitis but usually not in this high levels.

Pancreatitis : Yes, malfunctioning thyroid can increase lipid which can in turn lead to pancreatitis. You need to see a pancreas expert.
