Not likely: A single mistaken dose of thyroid pill will not liely cause any problems.Prolonged usage would be required to have any effect on your thyroid function. Be careful.

Dangerous: Taking 1 thyroid pill won't hurt you. If you kept taking the, for weeks, you would start having symptoms and the greatest risk old be a heart dysrhythmia.
