What does it mean when your having pain in your testicales?

Maybe infection or..: If you are having pain there for days/wks now, likely epididymitis--inflammation from trauma or infection. If rather sudden and severe pain, could be torsion of the testis and it is an emergency--go to er. If u are a rider, u could have a nerve compression/irritation called saddle-neuropathy from sitting/riding too much. If bothersome, consult doc for eval. Good luck.
