Dark circles: Dark circles under the eyes can be difficult to eliminate. Cool compresses, facials, anti-allergy eye drops or systemic pillls can be of some benefit. In certain cases, laser skin treatment or facial dermal fillers can be of help. The most effective treatment is makeup (ie concealer) applied to the area.
