No: The way a pregnancy is dated is in relation to your last period. So by the time you are pregnant, you are considered 4 weeks pregnant already. The same is true even after infertility procedures. Although you can detect pregnancy hormone early, 2 weeks pregnant is actually considered around the time of ovulation. It's just one of those weird medical dating issues.
