Trigger Finger: That is a "stenosing tenosynovitis", which means that the tendons in the hand have become swollen from irritation, damage, or inflammation. The swollen tendons then no longer fit through a tunnel in the hand that holds the tendon in place. This causes it to become stuck. Pushing through the tightness causes triggering, which further inflames or damages the tendon (causing more triggering).
