Does it mean you have asthma if it is harder to breathe in a hot tub?

Not necessarily.: Heat and humidity can produce feelings of lack of air all by themselves.

No: There is a lung disease called hot tub lung - which it is unlikely that you have... But many people have shortness of breath in a hot tub or in very cold air that is not present elsewhere.
