You could start: You could start with rogaine, (minoxidil) but it would be better for you to see your dermatologist for evaluation of your hair loss.

Female thinning hair: First, check your thyroid function. Rogaine may be a viable alternative to prevent further hair loss. Hair transplantation is also an option. One new option, not fully proven as yet, is the use of prp (injections combined with acell extracellular matrix proteins. These activate the quiescent stem cells still around your hair follicle and initial work seems quite promising for select patients.
