I am currently 12 days passed my expected period, i have been having pregnancy syptoms and have taken about 8 hpt and half were inconclusive and the other half we negative, could it still be a possibility that i am pregnant?

Yes: The pregnancy could be intrauterine or ectopic. A MD visit and blood pregnancy test can clear up the conundrum.
