There are otc creams that claim "cure " but don't believe it! over time they will go fro red to white and be less noticable and keep your wt at a good level. Overwt will make them worse. Later if this is a real cosmetic problem see a dermatologisr for their advice. Using creams now, however can't hurt. The creams for scars may be your best option.

There is no cure: A stretch mark is simply a tear in the skin which has been stretched beyond its flexibility. A person can only prevent stretch marks by not gaining too much weight during pregnancy. If you did gain much weight and now have loose skin, the stretch marks can be removed with the excess skin through a tummy tuck. See your local plastic surgeon for an evaluation. Make sure to lose extra weight.
