Why am i getting upword force in esopagus?

Maybe reflux, but...: If symptoms originate in esophagus (rather than adjacent structures), the most common cause of your complaint is gastroesophageal reflux (ger). Ger is upward movement of stomach contents. This may or not be associated with hiatal hernia &/or esophageal dysmotility, & may or not lead to esophageal injury (gerd). My answer changes however if you have lung, heart, mediastinal disease. Best get checked.
