Unlikely: It is unlikely that you have tiny chewing gum stuck in your throat for several days. If you feel like there is something stuck in the rear of your throat, rinse with salt water. It can reach back to the tonsilar region of throat. The feeling of something stuck in throat could come from other sources, like scratch on lining, etc. See you md or ENT who can help resolve your problem.
