Probably unrelated: While urine & sperm eventually come out of same hole/tube (urethra) in guys, unless kidney stone is stuck in urethra, it won't block semen from being ejaculated. More likely, stone is stuck in ureter between kidney & bladder. Regardless, pain from kidney stones can prevent adequate relaxation to enjoy sexual relations, leading to inability to climax & ejaculate. Drink plenty of water to flush out.
