Skin care after meth: I used to see this problem alot when i practices in the northwest. The first step is to use sunscreen every day and avoid tanning. A gentle cleaner twice daily and moisturizer in the evening is essential. Retin-a (prescription only) is the only topical treatment that is well proven to help reverse photoaging of the skin. Lastly, eating a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water is helpful.

See below: Not enough info. There is no real entity of meth damaged skin so your problem will have to be evaluated without regard to drug use. It may be that the drugs contributed to the problem but the problem will still be determined without regard to the drugs.
