No reason to: Wait till the 7th of next month , do a blood preg test, see your gyn if it is neg your gyn can check other blood work and an ultrasound.

Repeat test: If you had sex since your last period, you may repeat the test in a week or so. If you do the test correctly and it is negative, you are not pregnant.
