Dose varies: Omega 3 fish oi doses vary depending on why you are taking it, but for general use i recommend about 1000 mg of dha/epa daily...Look at the components on the label and the amount of dha +epa should equal around 1000mg. I think they are a great supplement for most of us.

None: Krill oil and fish oil are the new snake oil, both are high in omega 3 fatty acids which are extremely fragile. Omega 3 fish oils reduce triglycerides by impairing the liver's ablility to make them. However the oxidative stress caused by fish oil actually raises LDL cholesterol. Some day we may use the phrase "this is just more fish /krill oil" or "here comes the fish/krill oil salesman".

Depends: For lowering triglycerides 2-4 gms/day. For "heart health" the american heart association recommends eating several portions a week of fish containing epa and dha ( salmon, mackerel, herring, anchovy and trout ? Barramundi? . For those with heart disease, 1 gm a day, preferably from fish, but if not from fish then from a fish oil supplement.
