Could be: There are a alot of causes of vaginal discharge late in pregnancy. When the cervix starts to dilate some people pass their mucous plug. This causes a mucous discharge. Others have yeast, bacterial vaginosis or other vaginal infections. The next step for you is a visit to your obgyn for testing.
