Depends: There is no one medicine to take for migraine. And do you really have migraines? Many have migraines but don't know it & many others self-diagnose "migraines" who don't have them. A doctor can diagnose and classify your headaches and offer meds to prevent migraines &/or treat migraines when they happen. There is no 1 magic pill that everyone can take for headaches.
