Pregnancy: It usually takes a month or so after a miscarriage to regain your normal cycle. So it would be unlikely that you are pregnant immediately. Nevertheless it is possible that you ovulated sooner.

Blood HCG level: If you have any doubt, get a blood test for HCG level. You may need to repeat it 2-3 days later to check for rising levels. Wish you good health!
