Check with G.I. Dr.: One can check with the G.I. Doctor to see if there is some delayed stomach emptying, either related or not, to the pancreatitis. If the digestive process is slowed, whether or not related to the decrease in digestive enzymes or maybe a gallbladder/bile issue, the stomach may feel bigger for a while after meals.
