Hydration important: If baby is not retaining enough fluids to wet at least every 6h, acting lethargic or otherwise spooks you, get seen today. Sucking on ice chips or popsicle pieces or even the moisture from a cloth will help in the short run. If baby is playful between spit-ups & seems happy in spite of fever you can monitor the situation for a while.
