Diet or form factor?: First, congratulations on lifelong commitment to fitness. Cycling for 30 years is awesome. Second, given the changes that can occur with work, play or just the passage of time, it might be a good idea to see a physiatrist or exercise physiologist. Someone with expertise in diet, position and muscle function (and dysfunction) might wish to do motion capture or other tech and medical/diet evaluation.
