Tubal surgery: Though unlikely, a tubal ligation can fail and pregnancy can occur. If you ever have a positive pregnancy test you should consult a physician because you would have a higher risk of tubal pregnancy.

IVF: Absolutely, but surgery is not likely to be beneficial in that situation. But it is an option. Depending on your age and history, fertility treatment with ivf can give you a very high success rate. Ivf does not use your tubes at all.
