What is skin allergy: I dont know what you mean by skin allergy.If you mean you have a rash which itches only on the legs and groin under your underwear, than it may be an allrgic contact dermatitis or something else.You may try 1%hydrocortisone cream which is available over the counter, and something like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec(over the counter).If dont get better see your doctor or a dermatologist.
