Vulvar pain: Number one: exclude pregnancy as the cause. If your child is positioned such that they are impinging on nerves or vessels, this may be the source of your pain. Positional changes may help alleviate the pain. After that the work up for vaginal pain aka vulvodynia can be extensive! tumor and infectious causes may need to be evaluated but should be reported to your obstetrician.
