Yes: Like any biologic function, menses are variable. A "normal" cycle is anywhere from 21-35 days in length.

Bleeding that long?: If you are bleeding for 29 days, that is not normal. If the time from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next is 29 days, that is normal.
