Options : If you get your tubes untied they may not work as well as they would naturally but that is an option. A fertility center could push your body to mature several eggs & take them out, add dads sperm & implant them in your womb. This would bypass the tubes but would still involve an expense.The first step could be a visit to your ob/gyn to discuss these issues & any helpful local resources.
