Avoid: Avoid such combination. Most otc sleep aids contain some sedative antihistaminic like Diphenhydramine (benadryl). Concomitant use of common muslce relaxants (like cyclobenzaprine, Carisoprodol and baclofen) can all adversely interact and potentiate the sedative effect. That can also cause incoordination, loss of balance and falls.
