A trip to the doctor: White discharge from the penis means a trip to the doctor is coming up, unless the "discharge" is normal semen or the small amount of normal mucus in the urethra (which should be clear, not actually white). Any other discharge can be checked to see if there is an infection or urethral inflammation.
