Tongue scrapper: You can use a tongue scrapper and also brush your tongue with your tooth brush with tooth paste. Also make sure you floss brush and rinse with listerine for 30 seconds (green or purple bottle) if that doesn't help, see your dentist to have a closer look.

Could be yeast: Brushing the tongue is very important. It harbors lots of bacteria. Sometimes yeasts can infect the oral cavity also. See your dentist to determine if you have a yeast infection. A simple mouth rinse can cure it.

Please see your Dentist. M ay be a yeast infection that is readily treatable. In the meantime make sure you are brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes, flossing daily, and ask your Dentist to talk to you about tongue hygiene.
