Why do my ribs stick out under my breasts. one side more than the other?

May be a spinal ...: This could be related to a spine deformity like a scoliosis which is a rotation or twisting or coiling of the spine which can give the appearance of a rib hump on the back & ribs sticking out on one side in the front depending on the levels of the spine the scoliosis involves. Sometimes, there are congenital deformities of the ribs that can look like that or related to an earlier injury to ribs.
