Unpredictable: You need to find out if the "cysts" are large and are there many? If you have a few small cysts then that should not keep you from ovulating. However if you have some large cysts or pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) then you may have problems ovulating and thus will have difficulty getting pregnant. I recommend you see an ob/gyn to look over your ultrasound report and discuss further.
