Anovulatory cycles: You likely are having what we call anovulatory cycles. Women with pcos who don't have a period for long periods of time are at increased risk of uterine cancer. I typically recommend pcos patients go on an oral contraceptive to decrease their estrogen levels and decrease this cancer risk, as well as having a cycle. You might consider speaking to your doctor about this.
