Not much: If you have scratched the inside only of your inner eyelid (i am not actually sure how you could have done this?) then you have scratched the conjunctival lining of the inside of the lid which heals rapidly and probably needs no treatment. If the eye is scratched then you will have significant pain and that is a good way to separate out the two.

Not much: Use artificial tears to keep the eye comfortable and it should heal itself in a couple of days. If you develop pain/redness/discharge/change in vision, see your eye doctor immediately.
