No: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take during pregnancy for pain relief if there are no allergies. Aspirin and NSAID are contraindicated during pregnancy.

No.: Tylenol (acetaminophen) would be the best option for treating pain. Nsaids are not generally considered safe during pregnancy.
