Worried: I'm worried that you've likely contacted an std. Sounds like it could be herpes, chlamydia or gonorrhea. You should definitely go to a doctor or urgent care as soon as possible with a fever that high. They may be able to diagnose you on sight, or they made need to take some tests. Regardless, most docs will start you on some antibiotics even before the results come back, just to be safe.
