should women baths are take showers?

Depends on which...: Whether a woman should take a bath or a shower depends on which one gets her the cleanest. Getting partially clean is not good. Some people have limited mobility due to arthritis or other disorders, and may need additional items like grab bars, shower seats, extra-long shower hoses, etc... For others, a very warm bath may help relax muscles. If all else is equal, then it becomes personal choice.

Bathing: Showers are cleaner and healthier for the skin. Less dryness and water is cleaner. Long bathes tend to dry out the skin and can cause itching.
