Everything normal: You can live an entirely normal life with hepatitis b. Do anything you want to -- casual contact with others is no problem. The trouble only comes with intimate contact, or any time you may possible have blood-to-blood contact. No open sores allowed. Hepatitis b is transferred mostly by sexual contact and sharing IV needles. This is not the kind transferred by bad restaurant food or cooking.
