Depends on reaction: Dependal-m contains 2 antibiotics metronidazole( stays in system for ~ 8 hours), and furazolindone . Furazolindone is off the market in us. For side effects like urine discoloration, mild nausea/vomiting, increase hydration, avoid caffeine/ alcohol till symptoms resolve. Persistent fever, headache, low blood pressure, worsening nausea/vomiting, shortness of breath requires emergence care.
