Plasma donation: There are limits to what how much plasma donation is allowed - basically you can only do it 2x a week maximum. Most healthy individuals can regenerate plasma within 48 hours. If you're eating a healthy, balanced diet with fruits and vegetables then you should be fine. It doesn't hurt to add in a daily multivitamin and try to stay as hydrated as you can.

60 donations/year: You may donate plasma twice a week for 60 donations in a year. You should be tested for total plasma protein and IgG after every 5 donations. Take a high protein diet to make up for lost proteins. Taking vitamins is okay.
